Low Free MDI/PCL Prepolymer LFE595

MDI-terminated prepolymers can be used to produce a wide range of cast elastomer products and offer broad application versatility. However, they require precise processing control, placing higher demands on molding equipment and handling procedures. In addition, conventional MDI prepolymers tend to have relatively poor storage stability and are sensitive to ambient temperature. Low-free MDI prepolymers effectively address these limitations.
